What else is included with the grill?​

A reversible steam pan, and a steaming/smoking reservoir is also included with the grill.

 

What types of dishes can I use to keep the food warm? ​

You can use oven-safe dishes up to 9.6 x 7.0 x 1.5 (in) / 24.4 x 17.8 x 3.8 (cm). You can also purchase our Versatility Expansion Kit, which comes with 2 stainless steel warming dishes. 

 

​Is the packaging recyclable?​

Yes.

 

How far does the grill need to be away from combustible surfaces?​

The grill should be 24 in / 61 cm(top, bottom, and back) from combustible surfaces.

 

Is the display screen (temperature controller) safe to store outdoors?​

Although the controller is designed to be used outdoors, in all conditions, we recommend removing it and storing indoors after each use to prolong the life of the controller. Leaving the controller on the grill outside is still safe and will not void its warranty.
