If you encounter problems with your iGrill, check the following:
- Are the batteries charged?
Low batteries can cause connection problems.
Replace the AA batteries if necessary and try connecting again.
After connecting, check the battery status in Device Settings in the app.
- Have you tried resetting the iGrill ?
Remove and reinstall the batteries, press the device reset button with a pen.
And then "Disconnect" or "Forget this device" from the Bluetooth® settings on your smartphone.
- Reset didn't help?
Try restarting your smartphone, then open the Weber iGrill app and reconnect.
