When you are connected to the iGrill with your mobile device, you can click on 'Get grilling'. You can decide if you want to select the food temperature or the grill temperature. Click on the 'food temperature' button. On top of the screen you see two options: 'doneness' or 'temperature'. When you click on 'temperature' you can select your own temperature that is needed for the recipe.
