Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub
If you are experiencing connectivity issues with your Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub, there are a few things you can try.

Check the battery level: Plug the charging cable into your Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub and press down on the device to see the current battery level. The device may require a charge in order to be discoverable by the Weber Connect app. For your convenience, the device can be used while being charged.

Press the device: Ensure you are pressing down on the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub device to confirm pairing, since otherwise a connection to the app cannot be established.

Forget the device: Head to your Weber Connect app settings and tap on your connected Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub under "My Devices." Then scroll down and tap on "Forget this device."

Reset the device: There is a small button on the back of the device that will reboot the hardware when pressed and released quickly. A paperclip is recommended for this purpose.
- When pressed for more than ten seconds, the hardware goes into recovery mode. After you have reset the device, open the Connect app and attempt to pair again.
Weber SmokeFire
If you are experiencing connectivity issues with your Weber SmokeFire, there are a few things you can try.

Push the dial on the controller: Make sure you are pushing down on the dial found on the Weber Connect controller to confirm pairing, since otherwise a connection to the app cannot be established.

Forget the device: Head to your Weber Connect app settings and tap on your connected SmokeFire under "My Devices." Then scroll down and tap on "Forget this device."
- Restart the barbecue: Initiate the shutdown process for your Weber SmokeFire barbecue. Once the barbecue has shut down successfully, turn the barbecue back on and attempt to pair.
