Why register your barbecue
Registering takes a couple of minutes and means we already have your model and serial number on file. When you come to us for a spare part, a manual or a warranty claim, we can skip straight to helping you rather than asking you to go and find the label on your barbecue.
Registering does not affect your warranty cover. Your barbecue is covered from the date you bought it whether you register or not, and you should keep your proof of purchase either way. What registration does is make every future conversation faster.
What you get with a Weber ID
- Your barbecue's details saved, so you do not need to find the serial number every time
- Faster warranty claims, because we already have the model, serial number and purchase date
- The right manual and the right replacement parts for your exact barbecue, without guesswork
- New recipes, plus tips and techniques for the barbecue you actually own
- First to hear about new and exclusive products
You will need a Weber ID
Registration happens inside your Weber ID account, so if you do not have one yet you will create it as part of the process. It is free, it takes a minute, and you only do it once. If you have bought from us online or signed up for our emails before, you may already have one, so try signing in before creating a new account.
Have your serial number to hand before you start. If you are not sure where to find it, read [Where can I find my serial number?] first.
