If your LPG cylinder does not meet the size requirements for placement inside the grill cabinet, follow these steps to ensure safe placement:
1. Place the Cylinder Outside the Cabinet
- Position the LPG cylinder on the ground, outside the cabinet, and behind the grill.
- Ensure the cylinder is placed in an upright and secure position.
2. Connect the Regulator
- Pass the regulator hose through the rear opening of the grill cabinet.
- Turn the LPG cylinder so the valve opening faces forward for easy access.
- Connect the regulator to the LPG cylinder following the instructions in the Owner’s Manual.
3. Ensure Proper Hose Length
- The length of the hose connecting the LPG cylinder to the grill must not exceed 1.5 meters.
- Avoid kinking or bending the hose, as this can restrict gas flow and cause safety issues.
4. Safety Precautions
- WARNING: Do not attempt to place or connect an oversized LPG cylinder inside the cabinet. Doing so may damage the hose and result in a fire or explosion, causing serious injury or property damage.
- Keep the cylinder away from heat sources, sparks, or open flames.
- Ensure the cylinder is stored and used in a well-ventilated outdoor area.
By following these steps, you can safely use your Weber Spirit grill even if your LPG cylinder does not fit inside the cabinet.
