The side burner is ideal for preparing sauces or sides while grilling. To ignite:
- Open the side burner lid.
- Push the control knob in and turn it anticlockwise to the start/high position until you hear a snap.
- Check that the burner is lit. If it doesn’t ignite, wait five minutes and try again.
