Symptom: Barbecue doesn’t heat evenly or fails to reach high temperatures.

Possible Causes and Solutions:

• Flow limiting device activated (for specific countries : FR, NO, DK, FI, PT, ES) : Reset the regulator by turning off the LPG cylinder valve and ensuring all burner knobs are in the off position. ​ Wait five minutes, then follow the ignition instructions.
• Low or empty LPG cylinder: Refill or replace the cylinder.
• Bent or kinked fuel hose: Straighten the hose to ensure proper gas flow. ​
• Dirty burner ports: Clean the burner ports using a stainless-steel bristle barbecue brush.
