Weber-Stephen Products LLC provides software and/or firmware updates for connected products that include the latest security patches and fixes for known vulnerabilities.
Software/firmware updates are provided for at least 2 years from the launch day. At the end of that period, the product is considered mature and not expected to have security related operational concerns. The support period can also be extended as defined in the security updates support list.
At the sole discretion of Weber-Stephen Products LLC, if a serious security vulnerability is discovered after a 2-year period, security patches may be provided to mitigate the vulnerability.
