How often you clean your cooking grates depends on how often you're grilling, but we do advise cleaning them every time you use your grill.

Preheat the grill on high for 15 minutes, with the lid closed, and then brush the grates clean with a Stainless Steel Grill Brush.

For a more thorough cleaning, use our Weber Grate Grill Cleaner, after the grill has completely cooled.

If your grates are experiencing rust through or burn through it is time to replace the grates!
