First, confirm that you are on the latest Weber Connect app version by checking our version page here.

Pair to Connect the Smart Grilling Hub via Bluetooth. Once paired, the software will automatically update within the app. This will take about 25 minutes. We recommend leaving your phone near the device during this time, for optimal range and connection strength during the update.
