If an order has been placed on either Weber.com or through one of our agents and you need to cancel it, you will need to:
Complete a contact form using one of the links below and we will attempt to stop your order from shipping.
Please note: If the order has already been passed to our delivery partner, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
You will need to reject the delivery and your refund will be processed once the items have been returned to the warehouse.
This process could take up to 10 working days.
