Make sure you have enough fuel
Always have a back up gas tank/cannister or and extra bag of charcoal so you won't run out of fuel ;-)
Use the right BBQ Tools
Use the right tool for the right food. Some tools are made for certain foods, for example a spatula is great for flipping burgers, and tongs are great for hot dogs. Having a variety of tools will definitely help.
Grill at the right temperatur
The ideal grilling temperature zone is between 200 - 250 degrees Celsius. Anything more can cause your food to be burned.
Use a meat thermometer
If you're using a meat thermometer we suggest you put it in from the side and not from top to bottom.
