Is your iGrill powered on?
In order to pair, your iGrill must be powered on. When your iGrill is powered on, the indicator lights will illuminate. To turn your iGrill on, press and hold the center button for several seconds until the Smart LED lights begin to flash.
Have you enabled Bluetooth® on your phone?
In order to connect, Bluetooth® must be enabled on your phone. Please reference your phone’s settings to determine if Bluetooth® is enabled.
